Appointment Deposit Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit
    All appointment deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. The deposit secures your reserved time slot during tax season, which represents a high-demand period for Lorenzo & Associates LLC. By booking this appointment, you agree that the deposit compensates for the reserved time, regardless of whether services are completed.

  2. Scope of Service
    The appointment deposit includes preliminary consultation and any professional tax advice provided during the session. If you decide not to proceed with the preparation of your tax return, the deposit will not be refunded as it covers the time and expertise provided during the appointment.

  3. Client Agreement
    By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept that the deposit is a fee for reserving time and securing professional consultation. This policy ensures fairness to all clients by compensating Lorenzo & Associates LLC for the opportunity cost of blocked time slots during the busy tax season.

  4. Charge Disputes
    By submitting payment, you agree to the terms of this policy. Disputing this charge with your credit card company after agreeing to these terms may result in additional administrative fees. Lorenzo & Associates LLC will provide documentation of your agreement and the services rendered to resolve disputes.

Pricing Disclosure

  1. Lorenzo & Associates LLC does not charge any additional fees for receiving SMS messages from our service. However, standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Please check with your mobile provider for details.

Message Frequency

  1. Clients who opt into our text messaging service can expect periodic messages during the tax season. This includes, but is not limited to, reminders, payment follow-ups, missing document requests, and document procurement updates. Message frequency will vary based on the nature of your engagement.

How to Opt-Out

  1. You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive messages unless you re-opt into the service.
